Therefore, it is extremely important that each candidate be cognizant that PAL-A-ROO'S has very high expectations of our staff. PAL-A-ROO’S does not employ baby sitters. In addition, PAL-A-ROO'S cannot emphasize enough the importance we place on attendance and punctuality. An extremely skilled caregiver/teacher will be successful at PAL-A-ROO'S ONLY if their attendance is superior.
The PAL-A-ROO'S selection process is very stringent. If a candidate is invited for an on-site interview and we feel there is a match of interests, the candidate will be required to successfully complete many pre-employment checks before an offer of employment will be extended.
